If your game Johno, grab yourself a better carby, don't ask me what would give it some extra oomph, thats something you needa ask an expert, but have a go at it and you will be surprised

I'm intending to put on a better carby, flush the radiator, change the oil, plugs & leads and a goooooood tune in my little go-er, maybe try a few of these things for a bit better driving?

Got my L's today haha

Wish i was coming on the cruise, ive been meaning to check your ride out for a while.

But for now man, try the carby cleaner ;)

HAVE FUN ON THE CRUISE!!!

Just got back from the lilydale-Noojee cruise. Absolutely loved it.. My car ran Shmick. Done a few long drives in it now and it's running heaps better. Ran a whole tank of Shell V power petrol through the engine and the carby is sweet now

Just come back from bayswater tire factory. Had to get new struts and shockers put in the rear. My tires were hitting the gards and cutting the sidwalls of my tires :POSTPICS!: All fixed now just have to get the gards rolled and get it lowered.

I got some new things for my backyard workshop the otherday. A hydraulic jack and a set of car stands.

Lifting the backend of the rolla was no probs but I am unsure with where to put the car stands. I don't want to get under the car and they slip on me. Here is a pic of underneath my rolla. Does anyone know where i could put them safeley?

fast reply don't work for me. :POSTPICS!: and yes thats the chassis rail. Umm i don't know how you would mount it on a Corolla I'm used to doing commonwhores at work

I know at some workshops they just use the sill panels. The very edge underneath the middle guards. It might cramp them a little bit, but nothing huge (or at least of what I have seen).

Might want to check that though before trying it as I have always tried to used my leaf spring mount or chassis rail.

I like how the car is coming along btw :POSTPICS!: Very . . . clean dare I say it

Yeah thats another good place, leaf mount. More stable than the sill as cramping them isnt very good for appeal. What EVERY man needs is a hoist :POSTPICS!:

Thanks for your help fusion and rollaboy, ;) I didnt even think to use the sill panels! :hmm: I wouldn't know where my head is if it wasn't screwed on. I'll post new pics when i get time to do more work on it, (prob this weekend)

Cheers, John
