ummmmmmm yeah

not so sure about the steering wheel though. the sohc has a deeper dish, to clear the signal switches. dohc has a relatively flatter steering wheel. when i put an aftermarket wheel with boss meant for an ae86 onto my ae82 sohc, the wheel was less than an inch clearance from the switches, and therefore didn't work.

people here in australia have swapped the single cam wheel for a twincam wheel with out any major problems.

my question is why did you get a boss kit for an ae86 rather than one for the ae82?

the boss came with the ae86 steering wheel. i got in on ebay as a package.

i will look into the twincam steering wheel. it's kinda hard to find one in my color (light brown), but I suppose i can paint it black using vinyl paint
