Trev Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 (edited) Hey guys, This is the very first AE82 Seca I bought off a dying friend of the family in immaculate condition and with only 160,000k's on the clock for just 900 bucks, We have had it now for just shy of 4 years and its been a great car, It now has 203,000k's and the only thing i have had to replace is the water pump x2 (1st new one was faulty), The fuel pump x2 (1st new one was faulty) and the timing belt as the one that was on it perished at 203,000k's (hopefully this one aint faulty). Only mods done to this one are: - 4age (kept auto) - Wheels (ENKEI's). - Twincam wheel. - Tower to Tower strut brace. - Tinted windows. - Audio. - Plates (her initials and DOB, Not a wannabe jap spec sprinter). - Exhaust tip. Future Mods that i would like to do: - Lower the suspension (Likely just lows) - Fix the 2 godamn dents i helped put in it. Couple of pics: Edited December 3, 2008 by Trev Quote
JiP Posted November 26, 2007 Report Posted November 26, 2007 I do say, this car looks way better in person. I really like the wheels and the colour of this one better too. Quote

One day when i give it a wash to remove the coat of dust and hit it with diamond cut polish it should look even better. This would make me happy: Edited November 27, 2007 by Trev Quote
PHATKE20S Posted November 27, 2007 Report Posted November 27, 2007 Nice daily for the missus, at least you know she's driving a decent car that wont breakdown. Pity about the FWD part but when it does need anything fixed it's a prick to get around the engine bay. (SORRY, i'm a FWD hater ATM due to just having removed my 4A-GE from the donor car....NOT FUN!!!) Still a nice car mate Quote

Trev Posted March 3, 2008 Author Report Posted March 3, 2008 (edited) When i was at the wreckers the other day looking at AE82's i came across one that had a door lock/unlock switch so i grabbed it as that is what i needed to modify my central locking, I want to be able to unlock the car and only have my door open up and then flick the switch to unlock the others, PIC: Edited March 3, 2008 by Trev Quote
