kieran Posted November 13, 2007 Report Posted November 13, 2007 (edited) i bought a auto ke70 for like 450 bucks with 8 months rego, i came across a company selling a 4age silver top for 1200 in brisbane, first of all I'm sure i could get one cheaper , but my main question is, if i was to spend money upgrading to a 4age, id obviously want to switch to a manual - what gearbox would suit this application? also what is there in the way of lsd's for ke70's? I'm assuming there isnt such thing , but worth a try :) Edited November 13, 2007 by kieran Quote

monkii Posted November 16, 2007 Report Posted November 16, 2007 hey man, your in pretty much the same boat as me. There is a lot of useful info in the FAQ. also i bet someone will tell you to search pretty soon, there are heaps of info in other threads. i recommend getting blacktop if your getting a 20valve. apparently they have stronger rods so its one less headache latter if you want more power... which everyone always does :lolcry: Quote
LittleRedSpirit Posted November 16, 2007 Report Posted November 16, 2007 1200 for a silvertop is too much. When BMI has them in stock they are 750. I bought my blacktop complete with extractors, flywheel, alternator, starter and partial loom for 1250 from BMI. Quote
sheldonmcg14 Posted November 29, 2007 Report Posted November 29, 2007 I got my Silvertop 20v for under a $1000 delivered from sydney to gold coast. has everything except exhaust manifold Quote
