Ke20 Retractable Seat Belts.

theres something wrong with it, though i can't figure out what. it retracted fine when i last got out of the car then when i went to get in it today it wouldnt come out.

 

i have no idea, i had a play around trying to take it apart but couldnt make heads nor tails or it... so confused? anyone else had this problem and would know what is going on and how to fix it?

They work on sitting level and vertical.

 

If you take the seatbelt out and put it up against a wall and attempt to retract it, i bet it will come out :)
