Hey, so now I have completely finished the tunnel modifications. I fixed up that brace where the seatbelts bolt onto and made it a lot higher and welded it all back in. Seriously, once I put the underbosy sound deadener on nobody will tell.

Here is some pics. This is the standard bracket.

Hey wayne, mate that looks great i have to do this mod to my rolla as well as the diff hits the floor in that exact spot. Wana do mine :bash:

I'd love to mick, but I will tell you now, it was definitely not an easy job. There was a lot involved, and one extra job would be to pull apart your rear end.

Hey Mick, just wondering if you could post up some pics of how your radiator sits in your car. I am finally looking at getting one. Thanks.
Hi wayne, mate i havent got a computer at the moment so i can't put any pics up. I'm answering you from the work computer. :)

Hey wayne.

Hows the rolla coming along?

Oh and the comment about the pinion angle. Google it abit but the pinion angle is the angle the snout of the diff is on(where the tailshaft bolts to) Correctly setting this up will work against twist up and stop the diff hitting the floor.

However if your going a hilux diff that is a different problem.

Oh ok, yeah, that makes sense. Well hopefully by doing what I am doing it will help that. Anyway, here are a couple more pics. I finally finished the air box, well, not completely but anyway its a good excuse to put pics up.

Thanks for the replies guys. Been flat out like always working on the KE55 but I have made some progress. I polished up the inlet plenum and I finally finished the exhaust. Here is a quick pic of the finished product. You probably won't be able to notice but I have custom 4 bolt flanges for the exhaust. One of a kind, (I hope).
