Are KE30 2 Door Sedan door skins the same as 4 door front skins?

Nope. 4 Door Sedans have smaller doors than the 2 Door Sedans.

Well I have a couple trims here myself from a hardtop if your in Brisbane. Tho you could remove the metal part that arches over the door and just fold it over as it it is original. (Hope that makes sense).
