yeah i was thinking something like a series 4 rx7. but just gotta see how money flows.

it would be nice to replace the old 4k but 2 much work for a 16 year old.

keep it, lower it.

 

I have kings springs and professionally reset leaf springs you can buy

in adelaide.

a lot of other parts too if you need to fix up other stuff.

mate, I'm 15 and i have done every thing to my car, which i might ad is the same color as yours

 

i have done an engine conversion, lowering, stereo, modified the engine, rust repair, painting, restoring of things, suspension, you name it

its not rocket science, ask any one that goes to school with me I'm no brite spark.

 

keep it mate it looks awesome and will drift with some decent mods,

 

i would recommend going a 7 leaf pack over flipping your current 4, stiffens it up a shit load.

yeah all the information is available on the Internet, just make sure you use google and the forum search engine at the top of the page before posting the in the questions section..

 

I would encourage you to get an RX7 IF you are sure that your able to afford the the insurance, and maintenance of owning a old sports car especially a old rotary turbo or otherwise.

hey. . . ive decided too keep the rolla!!

I'm still debating wether the modify the 4k with the 4speed box .. just like exhaust, extractors, carby and mayb cam,

or too buy a 5k and try a transplant with a few mates and get one with a 5speed???

just thought id let use no lol

yeah thats what the plan is. . but i still gotta try to find a good condition 5k, if not i will prob just do the modifications to the 4k.

 

Just for the record mate, do you realise that if you work the 4k, then everything can be swapped over onto a 5k when you get one!!

Ie, extractors, carby and inlet mani (pending port sizes), you can even swap cams between a 4k an 5k!! :D

I've got pretty much the same colour too (Australia Post red), and I think mine looks better without lowering on 14x7s. Rally-spec FTW

oh thats awsome. i never even thought about that lol

i was looking at someones ke70 on you tube and seen that they had a pair of Dellorto DHLA 40s or something not to sure on what there called.

i want too get some :) they sound soo cool lol. .

might look at some exhaust shops tmoro and get some quates on extractors and a 2inch exhaust system.

Do you have a rear anti-roll bar in there? Pretty sure they came standard on all KE55s, at least the face-lift ones (mine does). I get bugger-all roll, but that could also just be rooted springs that have stiffened up

umm not too sure on the anti-roll bar, dnt even no what it looks like.
