Hi everyone i was just wondering if anyone here could help me out, i have always wondered exactly what it is they do to a turbo to make it a "high flow" i have googled and googled and can't find anything on how to or even just what it details....

 

hope someone can help me out :P

A high flow turbo is generally a hybrid. They'll use a different front or rear compressor wheel, and / or housing, or machine your current housing out to take the larger wheel. Lots of nissan turbo's run ceramic wheels. Lots of the time the highflow process will also be converting you turbo to a steel exhaust wheel to reduce failure at higher boost.
