BTW, I would think the 14 4x100 would fit on the MR2, as I'm pretty sure they've got the same stud pattern as FWD Corollas, and I think the AW11 came with 14's standard didn't it?

It's not a rotary - not hugely interested in getting a rotary at this time in my life, but I would like to experience one at some point. Preferably a screaming 13B with either two BIG Webers hanging off it, or individual throttle bodies. Happy with Otto cycle (4 stroke piston) engines for the moment. And Alisson has had some more time to think about the new car, and we're going ahead with it (phew, that was close).

The rims don't have the tyres on them, but it'd be easy enough for you to get that done. Let's call it $100 for the 14" wheels and tyres. I paid a bit to get the tyres for the Galant, but sold the Galant with the bald tyres that were on it at the time ;), so they never got used.

Cmon I'm the onli one left in the section, SPILL

And Killswitch posted in another area of RollaClub just yesterday, so he may be checking this section as well.

BTW, Killswitch and imnost, if you're still out there, feel free to leave a hello in this section - if anything just to show Shane that you guys do still read the forums.

I'm still around, just haven't had anything to report. Still haven't got my f@$king 5K motor cause this is Darwin... so no further progress. Just keep wasting money on the yellow KE in maintainence... GROUSE! ;)

wasfishing - cool, the money will be handy as I need to buy a $440 race timing transmitter. Plus it'll be good to clear some shit out of the yard.

Killswitch - it's about time you posted in here again. ;) You still after that 4K? I could really do with getting rid of it as well.

Yeah sorry adam, I was waiting to get my 5K to see if I really needed your motor. But I've stuffed you round so I'll just come get it. How much was it? $60? Is it out of the car?

wasfishing - sorry, the car trailer I use isn't mine - it's the father-in-law's. Did you want to pick the wheels and tyres up this weekend? I'll be home waiting for calls about the Corolla (it's advertised in this Saturday's paper).

Killswitch - the 4K was $100, but if you don't want/need it, we can find some other use for it. I just wanted to find out if you were still trying to get your hands on it. Worst case scenario is we eventually use it in a little buggy of some kind. :jamie:

Okay, ignore the SMS I sent, as I forgot to check on here before sending it.

Anyone want to buy a 2003 (2004 first registered) Corolla? $15,000 for anyone on this site. LOTS of extras.

I still haven't done the ABV mod on my car, as I've had trouble trying to work out how it's meant to happen. I can't seem to find all the bits shown on the diagram I've got. I was looking at my dyno chart just yesterday, and was reminded of just how much I want to do the mod. 87rwkw and only a max of 7.5psi (not sure why it's so low). I think the ABV limits boost further in fourth & fifth, but I'm not sure. I'm happy to try and give you a hand doing the mod anyway - maybe my diagram will make more sense on your car, as the diagram is taken from the plans for an AW11 MR2 S/C.

well, no 5K for me. Its all rooted.

Still dunno about the motor though Adam, will have a scout around and maybe even bite the bullet and go 4age. Or even f@$k the corollas off and move on, I dunno... :lolcry:
