ancullen Posted August 23, 2007 Report Posted August 23, 2007 Nah, not interested in putting a 20v in the Starlet - the power would be good, the weight wouldn't be. If I wanted an iron block engine, I'd stick with the 4E-FE and throw an SC12 on it.
Pure-SX Posted August 23, 2007 Report Posted August 23, 2007 that would be fun lol people would be like yo what u running be like 1.3L cuz :P. I got my line ready when people ask me what i am running under the hood. I will be like premium unleaded ja .

ancullen Posted August 23, 2007 Report Posted August 23, 2007 I'm not sure what a supercharged AW11 is meant to run stock. With the mods you've got and are planning, you should go from 108kW to roughly 130-140kW. I would think that would be enough that if you were running a 15-flat standard, that you would get down to around about 14.3-14.5. This is completely theoretical and just an estimate though. The only way to find out accurately is to take it down the strip.
Pure-SX Posted August 23, 2007 Report Posted August 23, 2007 Adam comments in other thread were not warranted :P I am sorry I called you old. P.S Shane hows your insurance with the gze?
ancullen Posted August 23, 2007 Report Posted August 23, 2007 :P Sorry, but AE82's are even more of a box-on-wheels than the KE70/AE71. They're just SO boxy!!! Mmm, curvy ST205 shape. It's got such a lumpy bonnet though. Sitting in the driver's seat there's a big lumpy for one of the (many) air intakes. It's like a target on a fighter jet. ;)
Pure-SX Posted August 23, 2007 Report Posted August 23, 2007 HAHA nice. But seriously you better be out in it on Friday. I love the kit its way out there but at the same time its almost elegant? lol very nice buy  I could spend lots of money and make my ae82 look like your gt4 just boxier :P
ancullen Posted August 23, 2007 Report Posted August 23, 2007 The kit isn't out there. It's barely noticeable. Or do you mean the factory bonnet & wing?
wasfishing Posted August 23, 2007 Report Posted August 23, 2007 hahaha nice one adam fighter jet my inscurance is great on the gze as i don't own one *wink* dad on the other hand owns a very tasteful aw11 gze think its only like 500 PA under his name
ancullen Posted August 23, 2007 Report Posted August 23, 2007 $1,500/year for the ST205. And that's with $500 knocked off the original quote. :P
