silvia_19 Posted September 5, 2007 Author Report Posted September 5, 2007 just gotta move those front wheels forward about 6 inches. if i wanted it to handle , id cut thru the fire wall ! better yet not use a cast iron 6 cyl ... if the car does any track work , it will be drift and drag , ittl be taily as all fk which is good ( i drift so don't argue ) like anything ill adapt to the cars habbits and so on ... woulda thought that people on this forum would hav a lil respect for something different .. but apparenly can't look past 4 cylinders and 15 " rims haha .. gary Quote

Trev Posted September 5, 2007 Report Posted September 5, 2007 Are you still in redbank plains? I have never seen this around, can't be as bad as putting a RB into a silvia or a bluebird so good work. Quote

Doogs Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 Glad the kit is gone. Nice combo. Sure if you wanted great handling you would go for something lighter, but I reckon this setup would keep a smile on my face most of the time ! :P Cheers. Quote

JJT036 Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 There would be no way to shove a Turbo and Intercooler kit in that bay, unless you're very, very keen. If anything, an Intake Pipe across the Motor to the Right Side of the Pic, and down into the space where there actually is space. Now after seeing this, I'll never attempt to fit an RB30, or even worse, an RB26DE(TT) in my little Ollie. The Nissan Silvia 4-Bangers are a decent upgrade from Nissan, but a Skyline 6-Pot just kills the idea of upgrading. If anything, the Ford 302 WINDSOR Small Block apparently Bolts straight in to the Ke30 to Ke70 Corolla's, without cutting the Firewall or the Iron Bar where the Radiator sits. All you need to do is just cut the Tunnel 80mm for the C4 Auto. Josh :P Quote
