LittleRedSpirit Posted August 23, 2007 Report Posted August 23, 2007 http://www.hasselgren.com/products.html Read the fine print at the bottom. You can get a set of coated FA pistons for 800 US Dollars. That is a bargain. If they had the same gudgeon pin size then this would have to be the ultimate in NA performance pistons. These things rev to 12000rpm! Quote

ke30king Posted August 29, 2007 Report Posted August 29, 2007 and provide sexual satisfaction at that price. it doesn't provide sexual satisfaction for you?... your a FREAK Quote
tas_ae71 Posted August 29, 2007 Report Posted August 29, 2007 hahahah, yeah i agree with the bouve comments. for such a highly developled motor this is pittens, just look at some of the V8 boys and there drag motors, they spend 50k+ some of the serious ones and i bet you they arnt build to the limit as these motors are. just pitty about there life spand :D Quote
LittleRedSpirit Posted August 29, 2007 Author Report Posted August 29, 2007 No sexual satisfaction here. Just awesome lightweight pistons. Honestly, if 800 US dollars is too expensive for you, considering the quality of the equipment, then you are tight as a ducks. I imagine the service life is greatly increased if your not revving to 12000RPM. Quote
coln72 Posted August 29, 2007 Report Posted August 29, 2007 Not revving to 12000rpm, wheres the fun in that??? Quote
tas_ae71 Posted August 30, 2007 Report Posted August 30, 2007 true^^ but just think if you detuned the motor slightly, only revved it to 10,000 you may get quite a few more hours out of it. also running at that sort of RPM for the duration of a race must cause alot of heat. the pistons probaly melt rather than wear...
