Kid-Ae Posted April 20, 2010 Report Posted April 20, 2010 WGMG! People who blatantly lie about saying something to somebody when you KNOW they have and have witnesses... Stupid as.. On a darker note, i'd like to say R.I.P to my girlfriend's grandfather, David Young, 72 years young. Today wasn't an easy day, being the funeral, but it was done with love and just the way he'd have wanted it. Karlee (My Girlfriend) did amazing in reading out the poem at the service. Twas an interesting 18th birthday, but you've gotta do these things for the ones you love. Quote
towe001 Posted April 20, 2010 Report Posted April 20, 2010 Sorry to hear that mate. Funerals never are easy to do. But it does get easier over time, the passing of a loved one Quote
Kid-Ae Posted April 20, 2010 Report Posted April 20, 2010 Thanks man. Wasn't me that was having any trouble, just put me in tears watching my girlfriend crying her heart out. She isn't the crying type... She had both myself and her bestfriend there with her for support and i think we did our jobs well enough. Quote
SLO-030 Posted April 20, 2010 Report Posted April 20, 2010 Nice work Sam. Always be there for the ones you love. Funerals are definatly not easy. Quote
towe001 Posted April 25, 2010 Report Posted April 25, 2010 KE30 + child restraint = mod plate = somewhere between $105 up to $165 "Here's the stuff you'll need. Here's where it could be approximately mounted. Off you go, get it in, come back and show me." Now i've just found out from someone else that i was meant to get some paper work showing how it goes in etc etc Quote

I put one in the pano ages ago, although i think they'll pick on the camber first. Quote
coln72 Posted April 25, 2010 Report Posted April 25, 2010 The tosser in the speed boat who had to just soak me while I was canoeing down the Murray with my wife and kids. We were hard up against the bank where we were supposed to be but they still had to come up behind us and spray water over us from a couple of feet away while filming it from the boat. They decided to come back and appologise once they realised we had taken the rego of their boat. F*&%KEN W&*KERS! Quote

towe001 Posted April 25, 2010 Report Posted April 25, 2010 Col - It'll still get posted up on youtube. Do you really need a mod plate for a child restraint??? I put one in the pano ages ago, although i think they'll pick on the camber first. Yep cause the car never came out with it and i'm modifying the seating capacity. Its the same as if i wanted to fit a lap sash - cause the car never had it. Washing Powder.. Makes my balls itchy when undies are washed with said powder.. Brought new powder, same thing happened.. May just freeball.. Maybe you should stop shaving.... I thought "going commando" was reserved for the chickie babes in the short micro skirts  Mate, i think i watched way too much porn during the downtime.... Quote
Felix Posted April 25, 2010 Report Posted April 25, 2010 (edited) Yep cause the car never came out with it and i'm modifying the seating capacity. Its the same as if i wanted to fit a lap sash - cause the car never had it. I put seatbelts allround and a crab bar in the back of the old EH wagon I had and didn't worry about a mod plate. I spoke to an engineer and mounted everything properly. I figured since the car was pre-ADR that nobody would say much. Coppers pull you up, what can they really do.... "yep no worries, so you want me to remove all the safety restraints seeing as the car had none standard?". Edited April 25, 2010 by Felix Quote
