Considering this is ROLLAclub and not DOCTORclub maybe you should go and see the latter.

 :bash: :no2: :)

As for left foot braking, just don't do it.

My father in law does it because all he drives is an auto, but it still grinds my gears everytime I see him do it :P

Seeing as how I drive a manual, I can't left-foot brake because my brain still thinks that I'm pressing the clutch and tries to drive the brake pedal clean through the firewall....good for emergency stops, useless (and dangerous) any other time.

Only time I've left-foot braked was when I was driving the FSAE car, but that had un-boosted brakes and no clutch pedal (sequential paddle shift with bike clutch lever) so it didn't matter, plus there was no room for me to rest my left foot beside the pedal anyway.

WGMG - NSW leaving it till the dead rubber to finally put up a contest. Damn good game (because we won, and the QLDs didn't really know what hit them), but if it was game 2 or 3 it would have made things MUCH more interesting.

I don't rest my foot on the pedal, so there isnt a worry about that, and it all depends on how/where you drive,

I drive the freeway everyday (roughly 200kms a day) and I just find it easier with all the people that love to slow/stop/go/slow/stop/slow all over the freeway to use my left foot, different strokes for different folks.

Its just one of those things, I grew up racing Karts and it kind of carried over to driving and now I'm ampidextrous? (spelling?) with my feet for the most part (I also have monkey toes, I can grip stuff with them, its kind of freaky.)

I remember when I had my rolla after about 6 months i jumped into my mums car. And coming to the first intersection at the end of my street. I stomped on what I thought was the clutch and got a mouth full of steering wheel.

My work place is starting to turn into nothing more then a phucking joke - One of the girls is pregnant and this is her last week at work and her pay is getting cut cause she takes too long to do things AND she takes too many toilet breaks.

Yeah tell me about it.... My other half is getting her resume up to date at the moment and start the hunt for work cause i'm up to my ears in this crap and wanting to get out of it so we're going to do a role swap. About a month back, one of the other guys there asked about taking time off cause his girlfriend was involved in an accident where she was t-boned to the drivers door - "What don't you care about your job?"

And to think at one stage it was a really great place to work at. Sure the mornings for me were crap but i got over that and enjoyed the day but now....

Don't worry as soon as i can thats what i'm doing. And with me on probation i don't really think i'll be there for too much longer but i'm not all that worried - money wise, yes... being there, no... being able to spend more time with my kids, plus... being able to hopefully get the house back up to shape, plus.
