3k Head On A 4k Engine??

everyone has been saying that putting a 3K head on a 4K :y: What is the difference if i put a 3K head on and would it change power....etc. Also what model corolla are they off and what engine size are they?(1.2, 1.3, 1.5) Would it be a good idea to put cam ,heavy/dual valve springs and what ever else. And also do they bolt straight on??

don't worry bout it anymore just plan to get another 4kc head and get it ported just nice then cleaned up!!
