blacktopspirit Posted July 13, 2007 Report Posted July 13, 2007 All the mad project KE/AE70's are up north damn it. Car looks tops mate, have you got a dyno readout? would be interested to see what sort of power it puts to the wheels. Quote

LittleRedSpirit Posted March 3, 2008 Report Posted March 3, 2008 Thats a tidy as wagon mate. Looks lovely. Still got the old 4ac? I know someone who can use it finally. Quote
ae71wagonater Posted March 3, 2008 Author Report Posted March 3, 2008 thanks mate, i still have the 4ac sittin on the floor of the shed, however i just bought an ADM sprinter with a 4ac, and its running really crap and has a crack in the tappet cover so I'm thinking of scavenging parts from it. Cheers though. Next project after the next. check it Quote
Mybowlcut Posted March 3, 2008 Report Posted March 3, 2008 Hey just curious where you got your wheels from and how much they are. Cheers. Quote
superbmobile Posted March 3, 2008 Report Posted March 3, 2008 good to see another quality wagon build  Quote
ae71wagonater Posted March 3, 2008 Author Report Posted March 3, 2008 Thanks allot everyone, i will put up some pics of the interior later on , i have re done it in black. The wheels i got are 2nd hand, i picked them up on AE86DC for $600. They are called SSR "Speed Star" or i have heard people calling them "Superfins". They are 15x7 with 0 offset so they sit just perfectly. However i have to get my front guards rolled or flared as they scrub on corners. Also I'm in the process of upgrading the fuel system to an EFI set up. Currently i only have an inline pump and suffer fuel surges. Once that is done then i have to get the rear leaf springs reset and that should be about it. Cheers Quote
