turbo4k Posted June 30, 2007 Report Posted June 30, 2007 Hey everyone, I've been working on my ke55 for a few months and this is what I've come up with.... It's got a Garrett t25, I ported the head, done a full rebuild, front mount + stainless pipes, full stainless 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust, electric ignition got a few other bits and pieces. I just have to do fuel pump, surge tank, regulator and hook the gas up and she will be ready for dyno. Here are some pics let me know what you think. Quote

Medicine_Man Posted June 30, 2007 Report Posted June 30, 2007 Need to cover up the intercooler piping on the sides so the intercooler looks like a shiny grill. Other than that it is one hot car! Quote
madrolla68 Posted June 30, 2007 Report Posted June 30, 2007 Or just paint it black like mine, can't even see it has an intercooler. Quote
turbo4k Posted June 30, 2007 Author Report Posted June 30, 2007 no j pipe, i made a custom manifold. I'm not sure how much boost I'm gonna run prob around the 15psi mark + 14 shot (smallest jet i could get) of nitrous just to get it onto boost quick. i need a grill if anyone has got one they wish to part with let me know Quote

If you set it up correctly with the T25 you shouldnt need the NOS shot to get it onto boost, are you using 4 nozzles, one for each cylinder or just one in the throttle body. Quote
