TOYRLA Posted June 9, 2007 Author Report Posted June 9, 2007 just a price off the top of your head, this bloke want to swap for my ke25 4age Quote
JiP Posted June 9, 2007 Report Posted June 9, 2007 Have you seen it?? What condition is it in?? He's probably fogged its guts out and its on its last get that's why he's trying to get rid of it. Quote
TOYRLA Posted June 9, 2007 Author Report Posted June 9, 2007 yeah to true, but it so hard to sell my ke25 that i have worked so hard on Quote
JiP Posted June 9, 2007 Report Posted June 9, 2007 Be cautious then. Take it for a test drive. Make sure the cars warmed up and doesn't overheat. All that shit. Quote
JiP Posted June 9, 2007 Report Posted June 9, 2007 Probably also look for rust around guards and windows too. Maybe look for repairs done, anything to give you a clue that its been in an accident. Quote
love ke70 Posted June 9, 2007 Report Posted June 9, 2007 compression test it  its a 7m-gte how often do you like changing head gaskets? Quote
andro0o Posted June 9, 2007 Report Posted June 9, 2007 compression test it :wink:its a 7m-gte how often do you like changing head gaskets? lol try owning a cressida Quote
HEKTIC Posted June 10, 2007 Report Posted June 10, 2007 has the head been re-torqued? is it manual? like casey said try the red book! Quote
styler Posted June 10, 2007 Report Posted June 10, 2007 I'm guessing its the 4age silver ke25 you want to swap? theres no way i would swap that ke25 with 4age for the soarer with 7mgte! the soarer in standard condition $1000 poor - $10000 overrated (ie low km, clean, engine rebuild new suspension steering parts no rust etc) the soarer fairly modified $4000 - $14000 (low km, clean, engine conversion, aftermarket gear etc) but besides that even great soarers tend to have reliability problems and i can't recommend the 7mgte motor. Clown Posted June 10, 2007 Report Posted June 10, 2007 ^^^ as above. Although it depends on how modded and clean the ke25 is, or if its overrated and all orig. Quote
mitch13 Posted June 10, 2007 Report Posted June 10, 2007 I think i have seen the ke25 before. Its one of the coolest cars i have ever seen, why are you trying to sell it? Put a few pics of it up here!! Quote
flat out Posted June 10, 2007 Report Posted June 10, 2007 also ask if you can swap cars for a week or 2 and see how it goes, thats if you half know the person Quote
