Ke70 Taillights

How ya going guys,

 

i got an 84 KE70 and the taillights on it are overrated however the piece plastic that holds the globes in are rooted, they are crumbling apart. i was wondering if you can get just that plastic bits with out the lights. ive already made the mistake of buying a new set of lights and it didnt come with the globe holders.

Try your local wreckers, although it's a fairly common problem you'll find some. I also bought brand new lights off ebay from "partsnation" knowing they didn't have the holders. I was lucky enough to get a good pair of the holders out of a parts car i scrapped a couple months ago, so they are around.

I recently had to fix Teddy's set because they were doing the same thing, Had to chop another holder and pop rivet a piece on to fix it all up..
