Des Posted July 9, 2007 Author Report Posted July 9, 2007 I never noticed before... you have very prominent flaps... whats with the sexy stockos dezza? going for the "waiting for my new alloys to arrive from japan" look? Nah, I minced one tire beyond baldness and i don't have a spare of the same size or tread so i whacked 4 of the same size and tread. If my rims sell i will be looking for some "other" rims but my mind isn't made up yet. Quote
Des Posted July 11, 2007 Author Report Posted July 11, 2007 Looks better than the black stockers. Quote
7shades Posted July 11, 2007 Report Posted July 11, 2007 Shityeah. I don't reckon you'll never fill those cavernous rear guards though... you'd need rims with some hardcore dish and neg offset to get them even close to being flush... Time to hit Yahoo.jp des :) Quote
LittleRedSpirit Posted July 12, 2007 Report Posted July 12, 2007 don't forget I have 4 legal tyres to fit a 15 inch rim for you. Come get em, they are crapping up my garage. lol. Quote

Des Posted July 29, 2007 Author Report Posted July 29, 2007 Well i hit a Wallaby last night and f@$ked a few things. Damaged items: Twisted stone tray after i pulled it off the ac condenser. Bent number plate. Bent oil cooler. Holes in the ac condenser. Hole in the radiator from number plate stabbing it. Bumper bar has come loose and needs realignment. 2nd animal i have hit in 2 weeks, 1st was a cat and it made contact with my diff. Quote
Trev Posted July 29, 2007 Report Posted July 29, 2007 Time for some spotties and a cut down kenworth bullbar :y: How fast were you goin when you did that as there isnt really "alot" of damage. Quote
Des Posted July 29, 2007 Author Report Posted July 29, 2007 About 80kph. Hit the little bastard as it was coming back down not jumping up. Quote
7shades Posted July 29, 2007 Report Posted July 29, 2007 Between my place and the highway I have the to drive down the most wallaby-infested stretch of road in the world... cane fields and nice tasty grass either side. I drive at 40kph at night to be safe. Had to replace bumper brackets and AC condenser on the AE92, KE70 has hit so many I've given up on replacing the stone tray now it'll just get bent again. In the new vehicle I do not concern myself with such pesky inconvieniences... :y: Quote
LittleRedSpirit Posted July 29, 2007 Report Posted July 29, 2007 Thats gay, so lucky there wasnt more damage done. PS, well done, looks like you didnt swerve. I have a 4x2 inch scar under my jaw from an accident when the driver swerved for wildlife. Quote
Des Posted July 29, 2007 Author Report Posted July 29, 2007 Bonnet popper cable has snapped for some reason aswell :y: Quote
Des Posted July 30, 2007 Author Report Posted July 30, 2007 Fixed radiator so i can get to work, Buying a new oil cooler when my tax is here. New front stone tray has been sourced as well. Quote

Also getting 6kg and 4.5kg springs, Still thinking about the dampers, Haven't made up my mind yet but its a choice of KYB AGX, Koni or maybe Bilstein if the bank allows it. Quote
