If a car came with a motor factory in QLD rego laws motor can go in so when taking your KE70 5K powered bus to D.O.T (department of transport) and they say that motor needs a blue plate go no was factory standard and bang it legal. As they take factory standard motor from anywhere in the world so 5K into a KE70 easy. Also 7K as there just bigger and fit in the motor capacity increase limit. Also because KE30 etc hat T motors standard factory you can well should be able to drop one in no mods plate if you get standard motor mounts as it was factory standard so should be hassle free.
