driftke70 Posted August 28, 2008 Author Report Posted August 28, 2008 thanks to dave from spja fpr the rear ending Quote
overgrown Posted August 29, 2008 Report Posted August 29, 2008 awsome build man, love everything about it. what size rear swaybar did you opt for? looking to get one soon? also was it an ae86 or ke70 item cheers matt Quote
driftke70 Posted August 29, 2008 Author Report Posted August 29, 2008 it is an 86 item 18mm adjustable because the diff is an f series and a little bigger than a t i didnt want to run the risk of a borg warner style hitting my diff, but they are very much interchangeable. Quote
driftke70 Posted September 10, 2008 Author Report Posted September 10, 2008 went to see ant today to pick up some goodies, in the form of ogura clutch for altezza trd 2 way for supra/altezza for the f series, which turns out has a 4.7 ratio, which should be a barrel of monkeys and a nice bell housing so the 3sgte can be spun around and mated in perfect harmony with the w box. which shall be slipping into the bay thus week of end. So you don't have to go for a custom bell housing then...awesome work by the way. There's a dude down here that runs a 3SGTE in improved production (RA celica shell) and it seems very reliable and makes good HP, underrated combo. Quote
driftke70 Posted September 10, 2008 Author Report Posted September 10, 2008 it needs to be modified, but only slightly, gotta love toyota sometimes, well pretty much all the time, ra60 with 3sgte would be a great ipra car, i think the rules state that you have to run the standard gear box? so a 3sgte would be a great match with an ra63/ta Quote
