i was talkin to one of my dads mates about workin my 4k and he told me about his ke30 2 door he had he said it had ford cossworth pistons and a difrnt crank and rods not sure what out of and the ports were the maifold bolts on to were about twice the size of normal ones it had a custom manifold with twin su's on it he recons it use to cherp every gear i was just wondering if any one had herd of this and if so hows it done any info would be helpful

I think you'll find that a 5K has the same stroke with a lager bore;)

 

on the stroking a 4k don't bother, buy a 5 or 7 K or jsut get a 2TG or 4AGE which will crap on both of them.

i would have to agree with jordan, i got my 3k bored and stoked and worked entirely off its head, they customized a 4k crank into the 3k block, i have a ke30 2door with a 3tgue in it and it totally pisses over the worked 3k.
