monkii Posted January 24, 2007 Report Posted January 24, 2007 sounds like faulty hadware. Take the power supply back and see what they say. The drivers thing.. what do you mean it thinks its running two apps? if you are having trouble deleting drivers then a full format could be an option or delete the right registery keys. but if you don't know what you deleting then it could do more harm then good. Medicine_Man Posted January 24, 2007 Report Posted January 24, 2007 Well if he says its doing it again after a format and reload the software is not really the main cause of the problem. I'd be starting by getting another power supply and do another fresh load, if the problem persists test the RAM and hard drive first.. Quote
Valandor Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 i'd be going into your bios settings and check what method the sata si set to use if it in enabled at all. it sounds like the problem with sata drive is that the sata control is disabled or set to raid mode and there are no arrays set. so check to make sure it is set to IDE or storage mode Quote
