Hey everyone, I'm the newest member on this forum....looks to be a rad place!

i been driving around i na ke55 corolla for about 4 months since i sold my old EB II V8 fairmont ghia.

I was pretty cut i had to let that car go and i picked up my corolla for 500 and really resented driving it. But tonight after i got back from work i decided it would look really wicked if put some effort into it and did it up.

What id really like to do first is tint my windows and get a set of mags, then later on i want to get the rust cut out ( not really that much) and repainted...and finally not sure when i would get this part done but i want to stick either a CA18DET into it or a lovely V8....If you guys have any ideas or advice for me i would love to hear it and i look forward to checking out all your rides and getting inspiration for mine.

welcome to the site. personally i would stick with a 4 pot toyota engine rather than a gutless ca18. the 4agze would eat a ca18det all day every day. you would probably aslo find a v8 a bit to much for such a small chassis.

cheers.

Don't put stupid amounts of money into it mate. You'll never get it back, and it will probably never have the same power as your old EB :D

dan a "4k" has the same power as an EB. :hmm:

if you are going all out on this little beast, you could look at 3sgte covert and then you will really eat the nissans

You never fail to amuse me :hmm:

EB 4L = good for burnouts and thrashing

EB 5L = excellent for burnouts and torquey as f@$k

4K = ummmmmmm I needed to chock the front wheels to do a burnout :)
