just an update om my little rolla,

currently I'm fixing all the inperfections in the body work,

it has very little rust but i have had a couple little dings with my latest being reversing into a tree!

 

current mods are

slamed on choped springs in the front

8 leaf ither side in the rear with 3 fliped

nolethene bushes in the rear

gab gas shocks

sway bar diff

CIG locker

2'' system

grey plush pile carpet

extractors

removed emisions

home job cold air induction

sports wheel

 

any ways future plans are as follows

 

worked 4k with efi and microtech

hilux diff

corona struts with all the good stuff (super lows and short stroke shocks)

hilux 4 pots and pug rotors

r33 seats (rear corolla seat will be re trimmed with the r33 meteral)

camber tops

watanabes or sunraysias

and a type s sound system with a jvc HU

Just a thought mate, but a hilux diff could quite possibly be overkill for a worked 4k. I haven't managed to blow up a ke20 diff (smaller than the 55) with a worked 5k. Looks good so far. Keep up the good work :P

try getting some proper lowered suspension for the front. you don't find to many cars with chopped springs going around corners to quickly...

^^^^^i will second that

 

have had the datto upto nearly 180k's with cutties in the front, only problem was bump steel when i was slowing down ;)

 

this car looks so nice even with the stockys on it, will look good on the hotwires, all it needs is a dellorto side draught now :)

ok then. we will see if your chopped spring mobiles can keep up with my symetrical awd! mwuhahaha.

 

but seriously, i should have refered more to the safety factors rather than the ride quality.

hahaha awd ftl. people could be surprised at the potential of cutties

 

for eg i dunno if anyone familiar with symmons plains... completely stock standard 3tc t18, i was doing 1.26's in the terential rain, so much fun
