theres a wire coming from the positive terminal thats loose and was on it

also a female socket that connects to the back of it

also when i hook it all up

it tries to start once, then stops and clicks

then u got to try and start it again and nuthing at alll happens

i checked the fuse box in the car and they are all normal?

any suggestions help on how to put it back together on the car

i decided to take a couple of pics for you to try and help as you can see there is only two wires the plug only fits in one place and the lug goes to the post right beside the plug sometimes theres a little cylinder thing thats screwed to the back of the alternator that also goes to the threaded post cheers, john
