Toyota AE71 Corolla VS Toyota Cressida 1990 2.4 GL Hey guys I very new to this and would like some help/info on my topic .Not to sure if this was covered in another article but here goes My names is sergio and here’s my story So I have a 1984 Toyota AE71 and I have recently decided to upgrade the suspension and brakes. ( you know starting with the basics ) But this hasn’t worked out liked I planned it would I live in south Africa and getting the parts to do the most common changes on the car is near impossible . So I had this brilliant plan to fit the Cressida struts and brakes on my car and for the most of it . Most parts seem to fit with ease .. until that is my car looking as if its launching off a drag strip (but not really J ) Parts list Mitsubishi brake master cylinder 15/16th 2X front struts (Cressida) 2X LCA’s (Cressida) 2X Brake callipers (Cressida) 2X ventilated disk’s (Cressida) 2X original camber tops (ae71) 2X original springs (ae71) 2X new “stock” Cressida damper shocks Set of new brake pads and fluid Misc. bolts and nuts My problem is the ride height its way to high .. and I mean way to high. Could this be due to the stock shock I have ? Before I installed the old struts and new ones seemed to match up in size ? Would the sleeve over kit be a better solution here. I need major help lol Thanks again
