so today worked on the rolla got done 13th nov: Removed pedal manual pedal box (absolute frick of a job) Removed clutch cable plug seat from wagon firewall Riveted clutch cable plug seat onto sedan firewall Removed starter motor from wagon Removed most gearbox bolts Removed wagon radiator got done 14th nov: Remove manual gearbox & crossmember Remove wagon tailshaft Remove clutch & flywheel Remove sedan tailshaft Remove Auto trans & crossmember Remove Auto radiator (needs replacing anyway) Install wagon radiator New coolant Start stripping dash

like a 2TG-TE or 2TG-ZE? race cams pistons, stroker etc? and just got ma corolla wreck dropped of cheers HAZZARD so will start pullin the manual gear out that over the week. need some bolt on flares to run ma jelly bean mags on my rolla too. ive also started to replace the battery tray as it was rusted to fark. will be looking at getting a hoppers stoppers 290mm brake kit for the celica, $1250

I'm going to be running a hilux diff in my celica and will most likely keep it 5 lug for avaliablily of wheels. and brake upgrades my q is anyone who has done a 5 lug swap on anything what have they done with the front as I'm stuck for ideas and it all needs to be able to passed with a engineer as it will be a street/daily any help would be greatly appreciated.

small update, havent done a great deal with the celica still tryin to finish off the engine bay, get some primer on it. been doin some thinkin tossin up with ideas in the driveline department, engine maybe a worked 2TG with a snail something completely different yes i know i could use a newer engine, but a 2TG would be less hassle with legalities, and later on i can change and put it in the rolla if i still have it. and the corolla, will be a manual reaaal sooon so f@$k yeah rubber ducky.

don't sell it!, since ive owned my celica i havnt drove it more than 3m literally, and that was 3years ago and like rainwarriordregs said They're black holes for money. Never ever will you see the money you put into a car back in your pocket, but you do these things for those you love

thanks mate much appreciated, yeah my donor has less rust so I'm cuttin chunks of that fixin the rust on that then weldin it in, i woulda used the donor but had holes in the roof skin. i like a bit of challenge anyway. anyways I'm lookin at gettin some ae86 coilys for the front, ta22 cambertops, longer LCAs (maybe), rack and pinion conversion which would ad -1 camber anyway. but hopin to have it in paint before christmas anyways but see how we go. oh and the ute I'm gettin my diff out been thrashin that at a mates killer fun rolled it on its side twice and drove it up a 60 tonne mound of horse shit hahaha.

hey mate, corolla nah no new updates. and celica, I'm just trying to finish of the engine bay, replace the section where the old battery tray was, and a small section of the front panel will have pics up soon, and ive started a new job so i have good income which means many parts for the celica

SA festival defect state, its beyond a joke my ke70 completely stock not one mod has been pulled over 3 times for "too low" even tho its 150mm off the ground at the exhaust (lowest part of the car). must mean theyve solved all the other crimes in sa since thats all the do pull over p platers and defect people for nothing, yes it is that bad

how ya didnt f@$k a pillar i don't know either, this coulda been alot worse, glad no one was hurt too. its repair able but might just take some persistance
