Yes it does. I actually got rid of some of the plastic vac lines and replaced them with rubber ones. they shouldnt be any longer, but would using rubber insted of plastic make a difference

I have been reading up on the repair manual and it says: Engine lopes while idling or idles erraticlly, Vacuum leakage. So i have been fittling around trying to find what hose is leaking but its hard with over 20feet of vac hose under the hood. :jamie: Any ideas on how to find the leak

I have been reading the repair manual for my AE92 4AFC and it reccomends to clean the EGR Vacum modulator, but i can't seem to get the cover off to acsess the filter. any suggestions?

I just replaced all the Vacuume lines on my 4AF today (like 20 feet of hose!) and now the car refuses to idle consistantly. It fluctuates between about 700-1100RMP. Otherwise the car runs fine, but the idle issue is really annoying. Could this be a vacuume leak? One other issue that may be related: when i turn on my cluster lights or heat the rpms drop to a point that the car is on the verge of stalling. no stalling yet. Any help would be awsome. Thanks.

When i make tight turns in my 88 AE92 corolla is sounds like a bearing in the steering column is starting to go. any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks.

Hello, I found an ad for a roots supercharger out of a ae101 4AGZE and was wondering if it would be possible to install it into a AE92 4AF corolla.

I have been looking everywhere trying to find the parts to build a similar intake for my 4AF with little luck. I live in canada and the only place that has some of the parts I'm looking for is lordco (a auto parts store) but they want $79 for a 63mm 90degree rubber elbo! :worship: and suggestions as to where i could find some of these parts for a resanable price? Thanks.

What size hose did you use from the carb to the piping? I'm planning on doing the same thing on my 88 ae92 corolla with the 4af. Thanks.
