  1. Cars look like great fun, always wondered how these cars would handle a track; they look great and from the video's handle and go just as well.
  2. Maximum respect. Think I seen this rig at the JDMST December EOMM meet?
  3. Forgive me but are the fr17's the same wheels as the ssr sp1 professors?
  4. Nothing can replace the coupe, it was such a nice car I got looks everywhere I went in it, compliments from everyone, its just a shame someone could do that to such a nice car. Although after comparing my cars 55 4 door, 55 coupe and 38 wagon, I'm finding the wagon as my favourite, although its a bit rough on the edges its really nice to drive, quiet exhaust, soft suspension ect. I can fit all of my stuff in the back and not worry about it getting stolen in the car park, sleep in it when I'm to intoxicated to drive(tried this on Saturday with some success)NOTE: must be very... very drunk to do this. Tow stuff if I wish. It's just a practical car, but I can't wait to smooth out the roughness and get it nice and clean. I have 2 sets of rims inbound, lowered struts and leaves, new guards and 70 flares to weld on the rear, sourced a k50, and generally sussed out all of the idea's I want to add to it. All that is stopping me at the moment is a few panels. Once I get them its full steam ahead. I'm still trying to get hold of my camera to take some pictures and start a build thread. Hoping to build this one bigger and better... and more secure than the last. cheers, Crowie.
  5. UPDATE: :sob: Just got a call from the police, car has been recovered, complete right off, burnt to the ground, crashed into by another car, all panels kicked in. Nothing is salvageable apparently, have not seen the car as of yet still being held by police. All the time, effort and money me and many others put into the car has been destroyed. Last week a friend of mine also had his ke70 stolen lots of time and effort went into that car as well, I urge everyone to get alarms and make sure your insurance is up to date with any mods and the like on the car noted. We would all like to catch these people and give them the proper treatment but there is a slim chance of that happening, prevention is better than treatment. Once again I'll shout out to anyone with ke30-55 bonnet and guards and possibly a 36/38 tailgate to contact me through pm as I am in the process of respraying my new car and urgently need those parts. Cheers. Crowie.
  6. ke30,36,38,55
  7. Go down to your local pedders Suspension shop, they will measure your car up and find an insert or shock that will fit. They also have a range of springs and leaves they offer for corolla's if you want to stiffen your ride up.
  8. I am going to laugh every time I see one of these on the coast, so many rich tarts here will buy them just because it has an Aston martin badge on it.
  9. 5k POWER!
  10. Looking good so far teaza, surprised this van didn't sell, your daughter is going to love it. Cheers Crowie.
  11. Nice work mate, rims look great, car looking fantastic as always. mmm if only my 38 looked as good.
  12. pictures don't do them justice, they look awesome in person and will look even better with black rubber on them making the centers stand out.
  13. Money is defiantly a factor, it's sometimes hard to spare cash for our cars, let alone fuel to get to these events that are usually held in Brisbane and a fair drive for the more active members in QLD. June is the new target, and I'm hoping to see some new and improved cars as well as some new faces and members. cheers, Crowie
  14. Going to use this show as my deadline/unveiling for my wagon, so add me to the list.
  15. Can't beat red and white on an old school jap car. Looking good Chris can't wait till you get some rubber on them bad boys.
  16. Don't get me wrong, was a great turn out by rollaclub guys and girls, but we just look like a pack of kids compared to most groups out there. I just think this club has come to a point where we are lacking in members with finished cars, they give an example/inspiration to others to get their cars looking great. After seeing your car Carlos I am very keen to get my car looking clean and respectable. Even if it's still got a dirty old 4k in it. I probably wont attend any cruises until my car is done, just so I can save that bit extra to spend on the car, but once it's done I'm keen for some serious rollaclub.com cruises. /rant, Crowie.
  17. Wow that shirt looks overrated, anyone know of a possible place where we can get shirts made up?
  18. Was a very hot day indeed, hopefully have the 38 presentable by the june show. One thing that struck me was the club mentality of some people, datto boys with their nice stickers and club shirts to match. It was impressive to see, something I wouldn't mind getting into with some rolla guys and girls. cheers, Crowie PS: Chris put up some photo's of those rims trial fitted, I would like to see how they go with a white car.
  19. Grill won't fit if you still use square headlights, it will though if you convert to round headlights, here is a link showing how it is done: http://www.rollaclub.com/faq/index.php?title=Series:K/Model/KE50/KE55/Ke55_Round_Headlight_Conversion assuming your using ke30 sedan(4door) rear tail lights, they wont fit a ke55 coupe as the coupe lights are wider than the ke30 lights, ke35(2 door) coupe lights will fit a ke55 coupe. Cheers, Crowie
  20. haha can't express how much I like this quote.
  21. No news as of yet, car has not been recovered. I do have another rolla and I have a remote Gps tracker getting installed this weekend, Looking for ke30-55 front guards and bonnet, straight and minimal to no rust, will pay top dollar as I'm in the process of getting a respray. I will put a rides thread up as soon as I get some pictures, someone has misplaced my camera charger :bash: cheers, Crowie
  22. Blah, that was the weekend catching up with my brain.
  23. k-t bell housing, though they are apparently rare and very expensive. Much cheaper to get a t50 box, they are much stronger than the k50 too.
