You don't need AJPS tie rods for your extended track. Just get ra60 rack ends, they're 28mm longer than stock and probably 1/5 the price if AJPS shit.

I suppose it depends on where your inlets and outlets need to be though. If the stock rad outlets will work you can get 3 core aluminum rads off eBay to suit.

If it's a stock motor the copper core standard ke radiator would probably do the job. Ke70 guys use Excel radiators, not sure if they'd fit in a ke3/5* though.

Does the pedal have full travel? Was the replacement MC new or used.

There will be a build plate on the fire wall in the engine bay with all the cars information.
