  1. sweet thats one down, only a few more things to go :y: OOP!!! one thing which i forgot to mention, came out of a ke55 coupe.....so maybe comparing the similarities of the strut difference between Ke55 and Ke70?? Also, which sigma do yagrab the LCA's out of, Second Generation??? GJ (1982–1984) Cheers all
  2. Just purchased a pair of Ra40 front struts Apparently all i need to change is the strut hats, and possibly the LCA's to sigma lca's? What about tie rod ends? Possibly to Ra40 Anyone else done this? Any info appreciated, Thanks guyz!!! :y:
  3. ahaha that list is almost identical to mine hey read sooo many builds :), might just wait until i have all the parts i need and install it all in one go instead of gradually. Thanks for that dude, is this what you're running in your corolla?
  4. Looking at upgrading my suspension in ke70, just checking what the go is. If i'm looking to do it in stages, ie springs first the shocks, is that a bad idea......i can't really see why it wouldn't, but just wanting to clarify Also if I'm upgrading to "low" springs, will the shocks i need to buy be different, such as short stroke, or does this apply for different purposes? Thanks
  5. If Pinochio says his nose is growing
  6. ahaha well get pulled out in front of regularly, but recently the glaring!!! first for me >.>
  7. What grinds my gears??? 50 year old men pulling out in front of you and then glaring at me the whole time as if to say they're allowed to do it because there older than me......grr Happened twice in as many days
  8. ahahah rightio, i might change the title then :P yeah not going for a granny spec look, not a drift pig look, just a nice clean look.......nothing thats gonna cause the po po to get angry either.
  9. is this every time you take off?, like from traffic lights and intersections, or just occasionally?
  10. Hi, my names Steven and i have an addiction for Corollas.......it's been going for around 2 years now and i liiiike it :D What do i want from the corolla?? Nice daily, but of course something which you can have fun in, not obsessed with the drift scene in my rolla currently, maybe one day but not for me right now. Bought her at the start of winter, came with 15" 195's, from there i've fitted a webber.....taken it off, fitted a strut brace, left it on, cleaned her, installed some 6x9" speakers, a tacho dash and a TRD sports steering wheel :jamie: Done around 120 000k's original, owned by an old guy out in the country Body is all good, NO rust!!!?? My plans? Fix the suspension, ie lowered and new shocks New Bushes!!!, get some pretty intense bump steer through the hills atm....i think thats from crappy bushes??? install some 6" speakers and a sub.......4" speakers in the original mounts are unoticeable!!! Considering a flat front conversion, and if i do got some chrome bumpers lined up....mmmm shick Spirit wing Zorts, extractors + 2" pipe New intake and fuel delivery system, currently have a weber sitting on a manifold in the shed, might put that on the rolla see what happens slowly mod the block and head of the engine, but first thing first is comfort, nothing insane at the moment. Might even put a 5k in instead?
  11. Did he do a flip!? just jokes!! Seriously though, one of the few sigma's out there which didnt look like crap, hope everything works out!!!!
  12. Car Battery's........that is all
  13. It was just before my time, don't quote me at all!!!, but something to do with a drifter and the cops (as the name would suggest lol).....died also i think......see a bit of graff around the Blackwood area also associated with him/it/iunno lol
  14. ahaha thanks heaps for that, recently done clutch on my ke70, so I'm sure some of the sh*t bits ill be able to do a bit easier this time!! really appreciate it dude!!
  15. wow and i thought mine was clean!! good work
  16. WGMG: not enough money!!! there is never enough money!!! >.>
  17. Front wheel drive clutch replacement, say whaaaa?? :S Friend doesn't have much cash, really needs a new clutch, considering doing it himself, is this as annoying as it looks?? His dad is reasonably competent, and I'm also not a COMPLETE dud......sometimes, but being front-wheel drive it just looks confusing Really just wanna know what i should be looking out for when removing the gearbox, does the engine need to be lifted out?, driveshaft(s)? disconnected? etc. Initially i'm thinking that as its a front wheel drive its going to be a pain to replace, and probably should be left to a mechanic?????, tell me if it should and i will suggest this! Thanks for any help guys!!
  18. Having similar issues with vodafone!!!, double billing me!!! useless #*%#!!!

  23. 2 killerwasps!!!, apparently stock output is...48kw, so maybe in the 30's? somewhere would be a safe bet, regardless, its not too much to play with. :( Head over to the "How to build a tough 4k" faq if you haven't already, heaps of stuff in there, and just great for a read in general: http://www.rollaclub.com/faq/index.php?tit...a_tough_K_motor
