mine is not that bad i don't think but found a huge rust hole that would need plating up but instead used some expander foam to fill the hole and when it went hard cut the excess off and smooth the surface then put some of that quick steel putty its like a metal bog and then sanded it and painted it never tell the difference

Hey mate not to get to off topic but i had a mate that crashed his car on the highway at a 110km/h and he swerved to miss something in the road and took out about 500m of that wired guard rail in the middle of the M1 and completely wrote the dual cab ute off in the drivers side very lucky to live and had 4 other mates in the car was not a pretty picture at all And good to see you got the arrangements with the guy sorted

totally liking those wheels you scored of ebay, what a great place to find the odd bargin or 2 well done will look pretty awsome on the car

well iam o here doing a ride thread on my VE valiant which back in 08 and was rego'd but due to many bills back then i could not afford to keep the it rego'd and so it came off the road only to fix her back up and get it to pass roady which it did about 2 months ago, But the paint was really faded and so it decided i was into the light blue with the white roof contrast, So i decided it was time to freshen up the paint i repainted the white roof and keep the two tone it had i just changed the blue colour to a darker blue OCEAN blue and looks awsome. Exterior: its completly stock on the exterior even the wheels have the original hudcaps with them and surrounds when i got that car which was a huge bonus there is no body mods at all before the roady i had to put some new tyres on car and i can tell you that the near new ones i got were perfect they are prellriels however it is spelt and the cost me $ 240 including getting rid of the old ones Interior: its all pretty much stock it has no carpet in it, Has original bench seats both front and rear and also has original dash and cluster in miles, The steering wheel was pretty badly cracked and when i priced a reconditon one i nearly fell over backwards so i went with a sports steering wheel which makes the car turn corners better but when you see the pics it works well with the interior colour. Engine and driveline: its running an awsome 225 slant six and 2 barrell carbie with a aftermarket chrome air filter as the car never came with one when i purchased it the gearbox is a three speed column shift. i will put some pics up also you can go to http://www.boostcruising.com/forums/index....=364531&hl= thats what it looked like when i first got it and the pic below that is of the finished result

yea there will be a project thread of the celica up here when i get it should be in the next few weeks just trying to get the cash the person said they are going hold it for me so iam really happy iam not sure if i have a thread for the valiant on here but i might even put on up lol

that is one sick looking ke10 and that turbo is huge man thats one sweet ride there

yea well i know that the wacol wreckers a few weeks back was selling a Ke70 blue on in the section they sell the cars i think it was going for like 800 bucks or it might have been a Ae71 not sure but its gone now

nope this one was rego still and it looked immcaulate on the inside and was a sedan

hey guys saw what i think was a Ke55 at the oxley ABC wreckers with 13 inch hotwires on them also there is a Ta22 celica with manual gear box and 2t motor and the front stock suspension there as well i should be making a vist there this week again i will put a few pic up of the cars if they are still there
