well guys and girls i finally got my first project toyota and its a 74' Ta22 celica and when i upload pics it will seem like a lot of work but all worth it in the end it is just a rolling shell at the moment the first few pics are as it was when i got her and yea there is qutie some rust but its not as bad as a mate of mines basically most of the rust is on the drivers side. these are pics before i picked it up tell me what you guys think the idea is that i want to get it on the road soon so i will post some more pics as the last two days i have been tackling the body work as i have no job atm so i have endless time on my hands so i started to sand back the body and locate anymore rust NOTE THIS CAR WILL MOST LIKELY BE THE NEXT PROJECT THE SLIDING TA22 WITH A CA18DET OR SR20DE

damm straight espcially the bit on how rollaclub is getting the jap stuff happening at munchies and would definilty be in support for a show and shine for yangzeen by then i could have the celica goin lol

great progress jip well done i picked my first toyota up on the weekend and yea i its got some rust that i have to get fixed i will be throwing up a build thread possibly tomorrow

yea cause you got some sick as wheels on there but aye they wanted to get in there for some reason maybe they were a nissan driver lol and wished they had a toyota corolla and you were the first one they saw LOL

yea that would be a pretty cool idea i would probably think of some sort or alarm that goes off have it in a way that you connect it to a switch in the house or something and somehow have it so you can either plug it into the alarm through a cable so when they try and get in it goes nuts then they would bolt away lol just an idea

well whatever you decide to go with iam sure its going to be a pretty awsome build

well i can say that SLW42 is pleased that i helped him with the motor this weekend gone its going good he will have to fill you in on what else there is to 2 to it but yeah going to be on hell of a car when finished thats for sure

yea i has rust but nothing a few plates and a welder wont fix that problem it should be a great car once completed and thats probably the best part cause it going take you a while and even better satisfaction of doing most of it yourself good luck with the project

so what did you do with the other wheels i thought they look wicked and those new ones look pretty damm good as well i would love a set of the SSR mark3
