i bought brand new pedders el falcon sports rider and cut off one coil $150 a pair ..... they arent an exact fit as they are way to high and u have to cut... but u should eb able to find soem at a wreakers or sumthin

well not quite due to two mates having ke70 which don't have this problem I'm guessing it is something which can be fixed it isnt just "sliding" that makes it happen i just found that when i did a slide it was alot worse..... it happens under normal driving conditions aswell and after looking through all previous threads i havent found an answer. now thinking its a timing problem

i have just changed fuel filter and as instructed by a mechanic swapped the 1st and 4th spark plug around and turned over the engine while pumping the accelerator until it exploded which cleaned out the carby and it seems to have fixed the problem :hmm:

thanks hadnt thought of the fuel filter yet but i wil check all that 2moro nite all the leads to coil and dizzy are tight i checked all that 2day changed coil pack and leads etc still happened but will have a look at fuel lines etc 2moro thanks heaps

i had a look through couldnt realy find the answer so i thought i ask for help if u don't wana help then don't. its a 4k-c motor and its been doing it since i got it even with no locker the locker just made it worse .... it also hapens when u rev it in neutral...

hey guys as i have recently got a locker in my ke70 as i have been sliding the engine is dying off and loosing all its power as soon as the car kicks out and starts sliding. i have changed the dizzy leads and coil pack as this still didnt work i took dizzy apart and sleaned all the points etc. could this dizzy be rooted aswell? has anyone had this problem before and if so how did u fix it? thanks

hey bud i have two rollas and I'm currently geting one ready to spray it seems all to easy to me i can't really see it turning out like that using rolers and just enamel paint in the picture it looks like it has been clear coated and everything i guess if ur not to worried about the quality of the job then give it a go u could always sand it off and start again it is only 50 bux i guess i would be interested to see how it turns out. all my paint thinners primer and clear cost 200 and i will be uring a compressor and spray gun 4 mine.

hey ive recently bought a auto ke70 and concidering puting a ca18det in it. has anyone done this before? just wondering what I'm up for and if its worth it etc your ideas would be appreciated mark :)
