update on the ride. i remachined the blocks and they are now back in. its as low as physically drivable without drastic modifications. i was going to cut the front springs to even out height but after measuring the sill i realised even though it looks like the rear is lower its actually even now. due to the extra ground to guard distance on the front it seems much higher. next week i have new wheel nuts coming and I'm going to purchase the venetians and get the white walls done. cheers

oh ok yeah i work in caringbah too. where bouts you work. i havent seen your car around? I'm putting an SR in my datto 1600. yeah this has reset leaves and i put 1.5 inch blocks but it was sitting on the diff with the bump stops out. so i took them out and am in the process of cutting the blocks down. then once they are in ill adjust the front accordingly. did u have any trouble with it hitting the diff??

lowered the rear today, ummmm maybe too much. it has reset leaves already n i put in 1.5 inch blocks. now it sits on the diff and bangs over every bump. any ideas?

yeah you don't see many of the early ones and i picked it up cheap. i was quite lucky. no its in the royal national park in sydney. yeah the rear is reset and the front chopped by previous owner.

hey guys, got a few pics of the rolla this week end so i thought id put them up. its a 72 ke20. fairly original and good nick. bought it about a month ago. let me know what you think, and any ideas on what next. i wanna put in venetians and lower it a little more, and in a short while white walls. cheers

yeah a wider tyre is always a tough look but i my goal was to get a smaller wall height. which as it turns out very hard in a 13 but I'm happy with the results.

hey guys, are there any longer lcas available that bolt straight in with little or no mods. i don't mean for excessive camber just like 4 to 6 degrees. cheers

ok guys. i know i can buy new rims but this is only my daily and i got the rims free thats y I'm using them, i want to do it on the cheap as I'm spending all my money on my build. thanks for all the feed back but i was really hoping to find some lower profile tyres for these wheels, but after calling around and researching today i can't find shit. does anyone know of an exact tyre available and in aus that is around a 165 55 13. if so i would love to know where i can get it cause I'm struggling. thanks for all the replies, cheers

what springs and shocks can i use in my ke20. looking fo something very stiff that i can cut. i know dodgy but its just a daily n i want to do it cheap. and what shortened shocks can i use front and rear. cheers

ahaahah. a lil ke20. I'm going for a smaller rim, lower ride look. its only my daily, not my build. i just couldn find any other rims. a 14 with big offset woulda been perfect but rare in that stud pattern.

yeah i get what ur sayin. but i already had the rims, n can't find any decent cheap second hand 4x110 rims. so I'm really just lookin for a low profile tyre for a 13x 5.5 which is hard to get.

thats not too far off. we will have to organise a good cruise one week end. just trying to get people with rollas in the area together for some regular cruises.
