  1. Ha ha good joke. It's pretty much impossible to get them off at this stage... I remember a guy bent the top lip off, after days of soaking etc. He needed to order new ones to go back on, and clips.

  7. Yea, getting there. Lot's of distractions :bash: Only managed to get the fuel pump and the new speedo cable in today. Since I have work at 530 everyday except mondays I can't stay and work on it longer...\ Hopefully Dad gets the heater pipes in while I'm at work! Things left to do: Heater pipes. Radiator pipes Reverse Light Switch (might do this after the GOR trip depending on time). AIR FILTER. Forgot about this one. Tuning!!!
  8. need the whitewalls!
  9. Silhouette seems a pretty good place. Track looked a bit tired last time I went past. I'm sure we could get more time if we got a few people coming along. $60 for 20 mins bit steep I reckon. I'm up for the fastest karts :laff:
  10. go to 6 mins 38 secs. Best ever.
  11. Nice build mate, hell of a lot cleaner than mine haha. I had the same problem with the trumpets :bash:
  12. Update: TOday was a lot of fiddling... Tried cleaning up the looms etc. so they weren't rubbing on the extractors. Only to find out the Distributor stopped working. Pulled EVERYTHING apart and finally figured out after 4 hours that the igniter wasn't earthed properly. - sigh. Tail shaft in, added some spacers for a long straight shaft. mmm Radiator in also. To do tomorrow: Radiator pipes Fuel pump to be wired Heater pipes which I completely forgot about... And speedo cable.

Hopefully have her ready for next weekend  Ordered some bumpers from Malaysia, they won't be here in time for the trip :sob: Gear stick in, sit a bit funny need to test it first. 23. Hey mate, cars cming allong nicely. Wish I had the time and money to progress this fast haha. As for the grey: If you want to be turning heads a dull grey isn't the best choice. It rectracts from the car, makes everything else slightly dull. You should be goign for something lighter, or make that shade metallic. my 2 cents ;] Edit: The twin tips, is awesome, I want some!
  24. Its worth skipping out on work to go to this... Say your car blew up! :lolcry:
