Hi all, I have some ke20 and ke35 parts for sale.
Ke35 coupe rear window louvre, Ke35 tailights, Ke30 grille and steering wheel.
Ke20 doors, rear side glass, 4-speed g/box, ke20 late grille.
All pickup from Launnie, PM me for prices. ;)
Love the colour mate, and super neat. One thing though I reckon would look better is to remove the "toyota" badge from the grille as it would look a little less clutered. ;) ;)
Here is a ke20 which I have just about fully stripped, and yes it's got some patches of rust happening on it, just doesn't show in the pics. ;)
I'll be sending her off to the scrapyard in the new year.
No stall, but I should have one by the amount of corolla parts I've hoarded over the years.
Anyway I'll be there for a look, you never know what might be there. ;)
Keep it original mate, theres not enought original stock old cars going around as it is.
A set of whitewalls, a sunshade for the front window or a venetian on the rear and shes done.
The "SE" means what trim level of corolla it was ( all vinyl).
There was a "CS" which had a bit better seats. (velour inserts)
The badge lives on the front guards just below the corolla badge. ;)
I have a 1976 Ke30 corolla 4 door sedan, 3k auto which has just had the head fully reconditioned.
Very tidy original condition, Rego til June 2012. http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/blackstone-heights/cars/toyota-corolla/1001304509
The rear bar is of a KE55 as it has the rubber end caps. Good to see another corolla on the road.
By the way which end of the state are you in??? as I saw this for sale in Launnie. :y:
Some of the K motor carbies have an anti dieseling solenoid on them, and if the wire has become diconnected it will continually die and won't idle. I had this problem on my Ke55 and connected the wire again and she's good as gold.
At least you painted the headlight panel the right colour. It looks wrong when people paint that panel the same colour as the car.
Keep up the good work.
