32_36DGV.pdf Hi all, I recently bought a second hand 32-36 DGV weber. The weber came partially re-kitted and I needed to put the rest together, so.....I thought it best to put it in with a carbi specialist. He looked over it and said that it was in good condition overall but the 2 venturi's were stuffed. He mentioned that as the venturi's tend to wear the housing that they sit in, they don't normally stock spare parts for the venturi's and I would need to buy a new weber. Can anyone please tell me whether this is true? I have rung around and had some difficulty even finding someone who can get them let alone someone who knows if they are even available. I have attached a copy of what I believe is the weber with the diagram and parts breakdown. Any thoughts?

Hi guys, I am chasing up a set of lowering blocks for my Ke55. So far I have been asked what size the stabilising bolt is that would sit in the lowering block. He mentioned it would be anywhere from 16mm to 22mm and that I needed to be sure. So....rather than dropping the diff to measure it I thought I would ask to see if someone already knows first. Yeah I have, the closest is Sydney for $185 per rim. I have a set of RT104 Corona rims with perfect centre caps, they look awesome widened with a deep dish and outer dress rims.

Hi All, I have just put a 5K in my Ke55 and I am keen to rid the bay of unneccesary crap. It has all the stock polution gear and a stack of various hoses runing from the carbi. Can anyone suggest what I can pull out to clean up the engine bay? what can go without affecting the running? Cheers - Paul

Hi all, I am currently working on my Ke55 and I have just put a new 5K in it. I am running the standard 4K carbi in it and I am looking for a 5K or even a webber. Anyone with front and rear shocks, clean and crack free dash, CD/mp3 player, extractors and some 14 inch chrome/stainless steel outer dress rims would be great too! Cheers - Paul

Hi all, I am sending in my corolla to have a new 5K fitted today and I need to know whether all the parts fit from a 4K to a 5K. Apparently the alternator, starter ect... is the same but is the inlet and exhaust manifolds the same and will the carbi suit? any help would be appreciated as I am buying a bare 5K.

Can you jet it up to go as good as a 5k one?

Hi again, Quick question, I have bought a 5K and it has no Carbi. Would a 4k carbi run well if I jetted it right up or do I have to get something bigger?

Hi guys, I have been stripping down a 5K with a blown head gasket and I am down to the last bolt. The head of the bolt has been slightly rounded as though someone has used an open ended spanner to loosen it before. Anyway, I have been using every inch of my strength to crack the seal of this extremely tight bolt and still have not gotten anywhere. I have used a socket with an extension bar and still nothing. The socket now seems to be starting to slip a little and I REALLY need to find an adequate way of getting this bolt off. I was thinking of using a rattle gun unless anyone can suggest something more appropriate. Any thoughts?

Yeah ok, I'm not overly technical with all of this so can you elaborate? And do I need to do anything to the head?

Hi All, Does anyone have a walkthrough for fitting lowered springs to a Ke55 sedan? I have searched the forum but I can't seem to find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

The exhaust has recently been fixed and it still remains persistant. It's more of a bobble sound rather than a vibration, like something loose or bumping from movement or bumps.

Hi again, On another note, I seem to have an issue with the steering. As I drive (low speed not particulary an issue) the steering tends to be REALLY sensitive. The car will dive slighty to the right and as I correct it it will dive a little to the left and so on and it can be fun trying to get the car to drive straight for a period of time! Would this be consistant with something worn within the steering section?
