They are now saying that parts of victoria could be facing flash flooding including ballarat, geelong, bacchus marsh, melton and then moving on into melbourne as it passes through us guys... I don't think it will be anywhere near the magnitude as QLD though...

dude this thing is overrated! I paid 4800v for my ke20, i mean that was fully restored, taken abck to bare metal and refabbed... If i had to do it all over again, I would go for this over the KE20 i bought!

Cheers mate, that answers alot of my questions... Well I live in ballarat so the terrain really isnt that bad between me and the towers, so that shouldnt be an issue. What is the usualy average cost to get someone in to install another port properly in a room directly from the antennna on the roof???

BLZBUB666: I thought about doing that... But the parents are neat freaks and wont allow it :/ so that option is out... Hahaha the other idea was, the antenna on the roof is pretty much above my bedroom, so i could run another cable from it through my window hahaha! Dave: I have tried it on the outdoor antenna works a treat, I have had it in 3 houses now and has worked fine in every single house... Now that antenna would work lol... I'm thinking maybe I can jump up on the roof and see if i can somehow route another lead through my window, it could work

Na i have bought I few of these ones, in different brands and different booster strengths and none of them have worked :( stupid tin roof!

hahaha hanging it out the window was the plan, or screwing it into the veranda that is just outside my bedroom window and then just flowing the cable throw my window.... that should get me going hahaha!

Yea I was thinking of getting an external antenna and just running the cable through my window hahaha screw austar/foxtell too expensive tbh and I really don't watch that much TV, just sometimes sleeping for me doesnt happen so laying in bed watching tv is a pretty sweet deal. Plus with all these new tv channels who needs austar, and then downloading also :P

Hey guys, I am quite puzzled at the moment, I have a 40inch full HD in my bedroom but I do not have a tv port. Now I have bought mulitple indoor antennas which are meant to be good for digital tv. However no matter where I put any of these antennas i can't even get a single channel even old school tv... I have tried to do it near a window, I have even placed the antenna outside and still no channels... We have a tin roof, would this effect it? If anyone knows of anything that I can buy or use that will give me reception i would appreciate it, I am almost thinking of buying a caravan antenna, but I'm not even sure if this will work. The only other option is to pay someone to wire me an antenna port :/ but not to sure how much that would cost me
