ok mechanic has called me and has told me that my car is in no shape to be driven due a few things, i am trying really hard to see if i can get the parts to get this thing going, but apparently the exauhst gasket is gone and he can't get another one untill next week... My dad seemed to have a used one sitting around here and it seems to be in ok condition, so I am going to go get the car now and try and get it all done and together... If i can't fix the exauhgst leak he said the car will not make it

Dang dude, Hope you get it all back together ready for the cruise =] I still havent had a chance to test that radiator yet, as my car is still in for a tune, So hopefully I can test it all out tonight and confirm that I no longer have an over heating issue..

How much lower is it? Mine is a bumpy ride ever since lowering the arse hahahaha but I love it =]

wont be getting my car back till late thursday now =\ so got a few bits and pieces to do still, such as, fit and test the radiator that I picked up from Jarrod, I will do this thursday night and see how that goes... I recon I will be getting in by the skin of my teeth hahahaha but I will be there

HAHAHAHAHA... Well as I am in Ballarat I will be giving mine a wash bright and early, Prob around 6am =] just so I can get to the meet up point by 8am... I have a tendancy to get lost =\ haha There are no other ballarat guys coming anymore ay...

Kinda, went and picked one up from Jarred last night, Will clean it out over tonight and tomorrow, then test it all out on thursday once I have my car back... Clown has one or 2 sitting there as well So I will suss the ones out he has, So out of all my options I am sure I can get it all soughted it.. Also if the car isnt running right, would that also cause over heating issues?

Yea I am dropping my car in tonight as tomorrow is a public holiday and they will be tuning it on thursday, during that time I will clean out the radiator that I got from Jared last night and even though it is smaller than the one I have in there at the moment we will see if that makes a difference to my over heating issue.. However I did clean mine out with Vinegar and Bi Carb last night before heading to Bacchus marsh and it seemed to be a little bit better, and that wasnt even letting it sit for longer than an hour, so may try it again except for a bit longer next time... this is how I will be cleaning out the one I got last night... so I guess we will see how that goes as well I also PM's clown in case one he has there will work even better On another note, weather should be nice, saturday is going to be around the 30+ mark and sunday looks to be around the 33+ mark, so nice and toasty =]

Went for a longish drive last night, and I have to say she is a rough ride since lowering her hahaah! But I'm not to fussed, will just need to buy a cushion for GORC other wise I will have a very sore Bottom lol

Yea there seems to be a leak coming from my extracters and its a pretty massive one at that. I am dropping it into the mechanics tonight for a fuull tune up anyway, so I will get him to deal with it... Just me being lazy as well hahaha

Yea that was expected I think after all the rain as there were a few rock slides, But as you say there are detoours so that we can make it =] Took my car to Bacchus Marsh to see jarred last night and I have to say, since lowering it, my car is one extremely rough ride hahaha!
