Ok so i know that the ground is fine, Once my dad gets home I will check the trigger wire and see if I am getting any power, I'm guessing thats the issue, but I will definatly know once I can check it

Hmmm now that I think about it i checked the earth wire straigt from the battery, So you think maybe check the 'smaller' solenoid wire?

Oh just re-read your post dave, I have checked the starter and I have voltage at the starter and the batter, I have made sure of this. So thats fine.. What else could it maybe be?

Oh k, well my battery has been relocated to the boot so this will make it just a tad bit harder but I might go have a look in a moment, really has gotten me puzzled as my car was going fine then all of a sudden it wont start

Hi guys, My 5k which is in a ke20 corolla was working, I parked it and then it wouldnt turn over anymore :(, I was able to push/clutch start it fine with ease. I have removed the starter motor and checked it and replaced it, but it wasnt this, I have confirmed that their is power to the starter motor and while it was out I checked to make sure that it was actually running. does anyone have any ideas? I'm in a bit of a pickle, All fuses seem to be fine as well, could it be my actual ignition switch?

Yea I'm going to do a full service and then what ever else seems to be wrong with it, I will take it to the mechanic and get them to look at it, I'm not the best with this kind of thing :S

Yea I enjoyed it, I think they will actually do a great job, however I'm a bit unsure if it will ever match the british top gear, but we shall see

Ok guys I am only getting 150kms to a tank of petrol at the moment, Now i know the webbers will make the car alot more thirsty. But this seems wrong to me. Things like oil are fine, so its not using oil. I am going to do a full oil and filter change, fuel filter, spark plugs and leads, new webber filters and go get it tuned. Also the timing chain seems to be rattling badly, what should I do to resolve this?

Oh sweeeet I shall look for some Nissan Tida steelies then :D Also venetions are now installed so I will put an updated picture up shortly :D I really think it set the car off just nicely

car is booked into Vicroads for tomorrow, and its harder than I thought :D I need to go and get a letter from the guy I got the car off, signed saying that he sold me the car as a proof of purchase. But hopefully I will be on the road tomorrow afternoon ;)

nice care dude!!! How did you get it engineered and registered with the 13bt? As i can't here in vic, i can get it engineered with the 13b... and then out a turbo on later, but i don't want to get done by the cops for being dodgy :D

yea i know but I have always wanted to do this, and the power i can get out of a rotary is just worth the money on another note, car has now passed a RWC and will be registered through Vicroads shortly :D wooooo

Mr Brakes just called me about my car, I'm getting all my brakes fixed, the clutch cable needs adjusting there were a few bits and pieces that needed doing, so they will most likely sign me off on my RWC by the time i pick it up tomorrow :laff: which means I wil be registered and on the Road by the end of the week :rolls: on a different note, been checking out a few motor options and iv decided to go rotary, cos of its weight i can't go 13bt :bash: I mean i can go 13b and get it registered then put a turbo on it, but the fines that you can get for driving in a car like that is insane, so I just don't know if i want to take the risk. I'm guessin a 12at is the next best thing? has anyone had much to do with these?

Na i recon keep the rear wing, its what makes them look good =] I would respray it, lower it on a nice set of wheels =] but thats me haha

Ok so getting my car registered by the end of this week is looking extremely good. So things are looking good for me :lolcry: Which means you will be seeing me on cruises guys woooo I just need to get myself some new wheels... So whoever wants my old wheels, they will be up for sale, cheap, as they are in horrible condition hmmm
