Yea not to sure, but my car seems to have fresh springs in the front, as it has ke70 gear.... And my car sits way to freaking high at the moment, so dropping it 2 inches should be a sweet height i recon

sweeeet, well is 2 inches to much?? or should I only go 1 inch

ok well i got a quote from a local place to have it lowered 2 inches which is going to cost me $600, is this reasonable or a bit steep? I will go around to a few other places first and see if I can get it cheaper

Ok so i got the car back, and I am not happy at all, he told me he didnt tune it and I would need to go get it tuned, He also then told me I need to go get new spark plugs to put in it. He then continued on to say that he decided to throw my thermostat out! And that my radiator needs to be flushed as my car starts to over heat quite quickly. This is after him telling me he would not let a car leave his garage unless all these things were dealt with! Spark plugs are cheap and easy so not fussed with that. But the radiator might cost a little bit to get flushed :( I am now thinking that the 4k is a temp motor and I'm going to start looking at something a little bit more serious :D

everyone loves my car at work! and half of them hace CV8 manaroes, xr6 turbo's etc.... but i spose mine has been tastefully done

Hey guys, as I am going on the cruise in jan along the great ocean road, I am thinking of getting my car lowered before then, so that I have better handling... What is the cheapest/safest/best options that I would have to look at, but tight on cash at the moment, so just sussing it out for now

Dude that is looking sick!!! I'm loving it man! I am going to be rebuilding my 5k now, as it through a conrod through the sump.. getting a 4k for now, all i could get a hold of for now. I'm loving the paint job too, looks sweet as!!!

Yea mate, I have a ke20 with a 5k which is now going to be a 4k for the time being, untill i find time to rebuild the 5k :D

Ok so called the mechanic and I will be getting my 5k back! So I will be rebuilding it with my dad, so I will most likely be asking alot of questions from you guys as to how I can build it for the cheapest possible price but also so that it will be a tough engine... Then I will be looking at selling both the 4k and 5k and going either rotary or 4agze/4agte not to sure yet

Theres a wrecker here in ballarat, who just tells you to go take the part out your self haha! Hes like there should be one down the back, just pull it apart your self hahaha! I usually just leave lol

I wouldnt go through them to be honest, maybe try these guys, I gave them a call the other day, they had nothing in the 4k or 5k range but had a bit in the 7k range, not to sure what their reputation is like though
