  1. Careful you don't get custom rims drilled to 114 then! :)
  2. Sorry for posting this image again. I don't like it myself, but the CORRECT name for these wheels is a "Gangbang." :)
  3. Congratulations mate. That looks like it's coming along fantastically. Props to you mate. Vince :)
  4. And to think a diff "expert" were to tell me otherwise.
  5. Great help. Thank you very much guys.
  6. Hi Everyone, First off, we are talking about the Borg-Warner diff. Sorry, this is a bit of an unwanted question, but I'm in a hurry to get my KE70 on the road again by tomorrow and need to know whether the left and right axles are the same length and are universal between left and right. Looking for a definite answer. Reason being is I have a spare axle (L or R I'm not sure) and would be easier to take it to the shop and get it pressed on, rather than taking out the car axle and using that. I won't have the time to get it all done if I take them all out and measure it up. Many thanks, Vince
  7. The more the merrier so bring friends etc. Doesn't matter if they don't own a Corolla! (unless it's a Ford ) I'm in for 30 minutes.
  8. Onya Matty!
  9. How's it looking, Sammo?
  10. I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Please be a little (LOT) clearer about what the shit you're asking before you post. This makes no sense as to whatever answer/s you're looking for to help you achieve a successful manual conversion.
  11. A volt meter hey... multi meter would be what you're thinking of. Volt meter obviously only tells you how many volts are going through a circuit.
  12. I'm not a salesman! You want a sticker or not? :laff:
  13. Ok... Sunday MAY 9th 11am?! Go Karts and BBQ for lunchies. Sam's the boss! Yay or nay that date?
  14. Sad days! Parts cars are as special to me as.... can't think of anything just now :laff: I only wish I'd taken photo's of the other one. :D
  15. Yes please.... please.
  16. I've never heard that CA18's "bolt" into a KE30. Especially with the standard CA mounts. This is news to me
  17. Buy a gregory's which has the photo's and diagram etc. But here is a decent rundown. 1. Jack car up so wheels are off the ground. Ensure car will not MOVE as rear wheels (handbrake) will be in the air. 2. Remove wheel/s of axle/s to be removed (handbrake on helps) 3. Remove brake drum (disengage handbrake first) by trying to pull off. If it doesn't pull off, wedge with a screwdriver, tap with hammer. If all else fails, screw in two bolts (size I'm unsure) into the tapped thread into the drum on the face of it, which will push drum off. 4. Unbolt axles by using an extension bar on a socket to go through the holes in the stud plate. There are four bolts holding in the axle. Just spin the stud plate to line up the bolts to where you need it. 5. PULL! If you can't get it off, keep trying. Clearly you've already done these steps, though. (You asked for a step by step procedure and there's not much else after the pull bit) Seriously, just try harder. It's not going to fall out. Have you jimmied it with anything? Take some photo's of where you're up to and what's been unbolted on the "Both sides were the drums connect to the shafts are undone".
  18. Haha, pretty much same as your car I'd imagine. Very close to it. Don't be scared to show that you're in RollaClub!
  19. 3KR is real. Google it.
  20. The next question you may want answered. I can already smell the answer! ;) I must point out that you probably haven't even looked at your 3K engine, little own a 3Y. Comparison = Will a circle fit inside a square?
  21. I've got a couple left too... I have (willing to sell): 1x White "RC" logo sticker (as you saw on my car) 1x Red "RC" logo sticker 1x Red "www.rollaclub.com" sticker 1x White "www.rollaclub.com" sticker 1x Orange "www.rollaclub.com" sticker (would you like it for your car Bart?) "RC" Logo $7 ea. "www.rollaclub.com" stickers $5 ea.
  22. Supercharger/Turbo would be a killer setup wouldn't it? Have their been any setups with a centrifugal clutch (or any other cutout system) on the SC? Meaning the SC cuts out to stop it from sapping high end power, which the turbo takes care of! I'd imagine that this setup would be the ultimate in full rev-range power. Better than a twin turbo setup!
  23. Bloody oath :jamie: Nice car mate!
