ya do the prep yourself to save money, just wet sand it down or something like that but yes I would take it to a paint booth, you can sometimes get an ok look out of a spray can but it takes a lot of time and its hard to get it on even, and in the end you spend quite a bit to get enough paint on the car to make it look ok.prep yourself, go to a booth.

for rollas 16's are a pretty good size, but you should haven't any problems fitting them as long as there not to wide, and if you do you can always go with bigger fender flares or just role your fenders haha make them fit
