hey guy and gals got a curve ball for yaz, My speedo the other day decided to start jumping around, now all it does is stay on 0 under acceleration when i take my foot off the gas it waves around the general speed I'm doing then once i put my foot down it goes down to 0. I have replaced my speedo cable, = no change :D replaced guage dash cluster = still no change, :hmm: so i am scratching my head and need some advice. I had a theory that maybe its the thingy that goes into the gear box that the cable is attached to is playing up. but unsure. if that the case do i need to replace that part or could it be gear box its self ? any advice will be great Cheers :hmm:

Wanting to put some 17"x7" Chromes on my 82 Ke70 Just wondering if they will fit without guard rolling... am getting a RWD offset. Just would like to know before I hand over $2000 cheers :P

Have ya done the Timing with a timing light. As my 4k use to do what your describing. :jamie: If timing doesnt work, losen off the 12mm bolt holding your Dizzy in place and slowly turning it clockwise or anti- clockwise till you hear the motor running smoothly, be paitient coz the difference of a degree can change the idle. when the engine starts running true, then then you shouldnt have a problem with surging. Another thing that could be doing it could be your Mixture is to rich/ lean. have a play is your best bet. :P

:P Hey I just replaced the nasty cut springs that were in my baby for low Cobra rear springs, but when I got the car back its sitting basically high as stock, My question is will putting short shocks in it drop it back down? coz the height its at is pretty fag. Cheers Phoenix

Umm the way fuel prices are at the mo I'm loving the economy of the wee 4k, but would like to eventualy Drop a 12a in her. or maybe SR20 DET. :dance: I'm trying to change the front on her to a Quad round front but they are a mish to find over here :wink:
