I talked to my T18 (Kermit) and Kermit said he would like to be included in the calendar even though he's not the best looking car in the world. He was thinking that perhaps where there are spare days in the month that some of the less presentable cars could take up some of those spaces? OK screw that can't be f*%#ed talking in the third person anymore. I would also like to get a calendar so Husband of mine can pay for two and we are happy to prepay - He might have alrady askd for the details, I wouldn't know I haven't seen him for 2 days now! |blink|

Thanks for that!!!! I'm pretty sure the motor is healthy because my cousin sold it to me and he's a damn good mechanic who used to work for Toyota. If it's easy enough to turbo and do all that then I'm in. I like easy and I am certainly no mechanic nor am I made of money..... although I do like the idea of a turbo with a blow off valve??? No worries at all about the motor except it's not his to sell love! :y: but rest assured you're the first port of call for it if it does come out ;)

Now if you feel like getting rid of that rear bumper or the passenger side lights I might just be able to assist you there :) Seems like there is some work in that - a lot more than in mine but hey it's all fun and games right? Can we see some more pics?

Sorry did I hear you say Clarion? Yes I thought so. It looks like both cars will be clarion systems as I have been put in charge of the stereo systems for both :) the cars.......Andrew and I have bartered and I have left the engine decisions for the T-18 in his hands (cringe) One wonders if I have made the right decision there........... :lol: :yes: is what I think I am.....

:) I picked up my new car today!!!!! Am sooooooooooo excited - like a child on Christmas morning. Problem with the seat doesn't seem to be a major one with it being just the left hinge. Will hopefully get that fixed before the cruise next Sunday. Either way it's not too bad for $1000!!! Will post some more photos this afternoon of both the minor damages and the interior all of which is in pretty good condition..... WOOOHOOOOO I AM SOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!! :yes: :lol: :(

As long as you have done other work to the motor like cam, head porting and extractors at least it would be worthwhile Otherwise just put a single weber with an adapter on your standard manifold You will find that will be quite adequate on a stock engine And as far as economy, You will always sacrafice economy for power and if you drive sedatly they are fine Put your foot down and you pay Just realised i'm in my wifes log in, i'll change that now I hope that helps Andrew

Turbo the 3t might be the way to go seeing as I don't want to spend too much money on it. Does anyone know the possible power output of the 3ttc? Love the blue colour of the T18 you guys posted and am thinking mine might be purple and leave the Blue for hubby and the KE35. :dance: Might see how the 4AGTE goes in the KE35 before I make a decision but I would also love to see more pics of anyone's T18'S. Hopefully I can pick it up soon and come on the next cruise.......

Yep and that makes mine soooooooo much cooler (literally) than the KE35. Also makes it more likely to get rust I believe?! :blush:

So in true tradition, one car is not enough for us. My cousin is selling his T18 and I have decided to buy it. I have included some pictures which you may have seen before on Andrew's threads. I would like to know what you guys think I can to do make this car hot without spending too much money :dance: Looks like we won't have to spend any money on the body as it's in great nick and no rust is visible. The only problem right at the moment is that the drivers seat is broken and need re welind or something. Anywho, your feedback good or bad is appreciated!!! Cheers Bron
