just found a guy in singapore that has them for $50 to my door. the wreckers in canberra suck. might have to go for a long drive if i can't find one around.

morning all. I'm up s#*t creek with out a padle. had a locked diff in the wagon and due to re rego had to change it. the hand brake was brokend and now i need to get a new one. any ideas out there? ive been to the usual suspects- auto pro,repco,auto barn,ebay. i can get one manufactured but that is costly. any one got one or know where one is? I'm stuck here till i get one.

Love the idea of cutting the hilux. it would be cool to have it all in one piece. i tryed the old wagon window and it was massive. just looked funny and would have a small bit of metal wall on the bottom to make it look out of place. I'm off to the wreckers today so ill check it all out.

would love to find a whole panel that only needs a bit of cutting to fit so the window is already sealded in.

I'm trying to fine a new dash at this point. the fun part will be welding it all up and putting the struts on the shaz so she doent bend.

i have a AE71 wagon. the one with 2 windows on each side not the single windows and the other bit painted metal. I'm cutting the sides and the roof off to make it into a ute with high sides. behind the seats will require a window. was thinking maybe a ford lazer hatch window welded in there. any ideas?
